Why choose Ukraine, Polish or Moldovan workers?
Our workers have high levels of skill and experience and a strong work ethic. They come to the UK to work and often to settle.
What about the legal and employment paperwork?
From day one of their assignment with you they will have the authorization to work in the UK. We deal with all the paperwork – Worker Registration, obtaining an NI number, paying income tax and holiday pay.
What is their English like?
It depends on you. We will make their level of English clear on their CVs. Often highly skilled people have a very good understanding of work related vocabulary but their conversational skills will be basic. Sometimes clients take on a few workers with at least one in the group having a high level of English who'll assist the others whilst they improve their language skills. Within a couple of months English levels improve rapidly.
What are my obligations?
Very few. On the first day you have the right for immediate cancellation. Then we ask for 2 weeks' notice. In line with standard employment contracts there are circumstances where immediate cancellation is possible. Our terms of business make this clear.
Who do I pay?
We invoice you for all hours worked. We pay NI contributions, tax and holiday pay. All you pay is an hourly flat rate.
What will it cost me?
We will make the hourly charge on temporary contracts and the percentage on permanent contracts clear. Our rates are competitive with other UK agencies and our margins reflect the comprehensive recruitment service we provide. Invariably, the hourly rate you pay Ural Workforce will be more than you pay your workers as we pay our staff standard UK rates of pay for the professions they work in. Agencies that quote below standard UK rates should be asked what rates they pay their workers and the exact level of vetting procedures and service levels they are able to provide.
How long does it take before they start work?
Workers often have to give notice on average from confirming your request it takes 2 – 3 weeks.
Where will they live?
We source accommodation for the recruitment of two or more workers and ensure the candidates settle in before they start working.
What service do you provide once they are working for me?
We can provide language assistance and assist with any issues that arise.
