Ural Workforce Exports was set up by Sergei Stahlikov in 2002.

Sergei was born in the Kiev, Ukraine on the 14th August 1958 and excelled both in academic achievements and sporting ability. He went on to study at Kiev National Economic University where he gained a 2.1 in Economics. After periods of time in various roles in multi national companies Ural Workforce Exports was established in 2002. Ural has now grown into one of the major suppliers of eastern block workers operating out of the Russian Federation and supplying World Wide.
